Alignment issues on my 2019 SE

I've got a 2019 Camry SE that's been giving me a bit of a headache lately, noticed the car pulling slightly to the right after hitting a nasty pothole a few weeks back. Thought maybe it was just in my head at first, but now the steering feels off even at low speeds. Tires look fine, no weird wear patterns yet, but something definitely isn't right. Before I bring it into the shop, just want to know if anyone else had alignment issues pop up pretty easily on these newer camrys? also would appreciate any advice before I get hit with a surprise "you need four new tires and your wallet too" type of situation. Thanks in advance!

Absolutely, potholes can really throw off your alignment. I expereinced that myself. If switching your front tires from one side to the other alters the way your car pulls, then it's probably a tire problem. If that doesn't help, it's likely an alignment issue or something may be bent. I'd suggest getting a proper alignment check before the shop tries to convince you to buy new tires

Ah, hitting a pothole can definitely throw off the alignment and you're feeling the pull, it's probably just that. Tires looking fine is a good sign, but don't wait too long, misalignment can wear them down quicker. Get it checked out before it turns into a bigger issue, and ask them to check the suspension too.

I went through something like that with my old Accord. I barely touched a giant pothole, and out of nowhere, the car started drifting to the right like it had a mind of its own. Initially, I figured it was just a tire pressure issue, but then I found out that the alignment was way off. Luckily, I caught it in time to avoid any uneven wear on the tires. The shop tried to persuade me to get additional services, but I decided to stick with just the alignment and ended up saving quite a bit. It's definitely something you should check on before it turns into a bigger problem.
