The 2025 Camry's AWD system mostly kicks in when the front wheels start slipping, helping with traction in slippery conditions like rain or snow.. Its not really designed to boost handling or cornering at higher speeds, that's more about the suspension setup. So in normal driving, the rear wheels won't actively help with cornering dynamics. If AWD systems can now predict traction loss and aid handling, why do manufacturers still market them like they're only for snow, are we underestimating tech, or just afraid to admit FWD isn't enough?

you seem like wanting something with a sportier feel, check out the SE or XSE trims of the Camry.
Those trims come with a sport tuned suspension that will have a much bigger impact on cornering and handling than the AWD system will.
you might find that the FWD SE/XSE already gives you what you're looking for

@the.incredible.hook the AWD helps mainly with grip in slick stuff, not really carving corners. If you want sharper handling, like @Zoomies4Life said, the SE or XSE trims make more of a difference.
