Headlights redesign on new Camry

I've been reading up kinda on a new headlight redesign on the toyota camry, has anyone here driven one at night before?, not a hater or anything but I'm just curious to know and hear from from real lifers to know if the papers really reflect the real deal, I heard stuff like toyota changed the projector setup and possibly tweaked the beam pattern for better coverage which is great on back roads or when you're taking curves. My camry ( 2020 SE) has decent lights, but the cutoff feels a little too narrow and low unless I was on high beams
I'm one for a good first impression gist anyway

Toyota did update the projector and beam pattern to improve coverage, especially around curves and back roads. Some say the low beams are better than before, with wider, clearer light without needing to rely on high beams as much. Sounds like a decent upgrade compared to the 2020 SE's narrower cutoff you mentioned.

I have the 2024 model and I can say that the headlights are excellent. To be fair, I haven't driven an older model at night, but I can't say the cutoff is narrow, so I'm guessing there's a difference. Can you install the new ones on the older models?

I drove the 2025 XSE last week and the lights really do throw wider and cleaner than my '21. Huge difference on winding roads, especially without flipping on the highs.
