how to fix a dent on my gf's new toyota camry

I borrowed my gf's car bcs mine is still at the dealer, getting some repairs. She just got this camry last fall, and she'll end me for this
I just came out of the grocery store when I saw a dent on the car door, right under that line thing!

I think I remember that some SUV parked next to me must've done it and bailed.

Didn't see the plate or anything.

Can this even be fixed? And is it gonna cost a ton? Should I call insurance? Help!
