the brakes on my camry are begining to show their mileage and someone's agresive driving so it's time for replacement and an upgrade so i'm looking for some options? maybe the trd ones or from a gr model that would fit?

yes i'm sure trd brake pads and rotors are improving stoping power and heat resistance based on what my friend did. but i'm not sure if gr will have the same mounting point so if ya don't wanna waste some bucks pls check the fitment to your camry model :)

I was looking into this a while ago and there is a trd upgrade kit for these cars, so they'll be a direct fit. Not sure about the gr ones though

Nice, always feels good doing a little upgrade on these big toys, both parts can definitely tighten things up, I've seen some persons swap in calipers and rotors from the Avalon trd or even GR86 with some modding.

The trd ones will be a perfect fit, but don't limit yourself with Toyota options only. There are tons of aftermarket performance options which can offer the same if not better stopping performance

TRD or GR brakes on a Camry, huh? to know which's best, you need to think about what kind of driving you mostly do (city, highway, spirited)?

If you're looking to upgraed your Camry, TRD pads are a solid choice. If you want more stopping power, GR brakes or some aftermarket big brake kits can do the trick. Drilled rotors paired with ceramuc pads can help cut down on fade and dust.Just let me know if you want some specific reccommendations
