fuel injectors replacement

At 92,000 miles, i had to replace my fuel injectors. 2 direct injection and one port injection were leaking into the cylinders causing a rough start that smoothed out after a bit. the problem was the leaky injectors. all 8 got replaced and it's fine now. anyone else deal with this?

can you please share how much you spent? i'm afraid i would have to pay so much and i might need these repairs soon because my camry is at 83k miles...

Almost a 100k on the factory injectors is pretty impressive, so I think you did well and great thinking of replacing all of them. It's gonna save you some headaches down the line. Noone wants to replace a few injectors too often

Were you getting any specific codes that pointed to the injectors?

I can agree to this. I made a mistake of not replacing all injectors once and I had to go through the same process twice in less than 6 months, so whenever you need to replace injectors, spark plugs or something similar, replace everything.

Great lesson learned. That's precisely why many mechanics suggest tackling all of them at once, the labor costs end up being the same whether you handle one or six, plus you sidestep the hassle of having to break things down multiple times.

Nice call replacing all of them @CyberFuryXtreme. That rough start would’ve just kept nagging if only a few were swapped. Did you notice any codes pop up before you replaced everything, or was it all just from the rough start?
